You may return items sold by theallergyreliefcenter.com within 30 days of purchase.

All returns must be called in for authorization before they are shipped back to us.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

The returned product must be in "like new" condition. If the unit has been used, abused, or damaged, additional charges may be deducted from the purchase price.

TO RETURN A PRODUCT, YOU MUST FIRST CALL US FOR APPROVAL.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.

All units must be returned in both their original boxes, the inner box and the outer protective shipping box or there will be an additional charge. The inner boxes the units come in are not strong enough to protect the unit during shipping, please do not ship units in these boxes.

Shipping costs of the products is non refundable, and is the customers responsibility.

The 30 day period starts when the order is shipped from our facilities. A returned product must be shipped out postmarked no later than the 30 day period.
